Anhydrite

A calcium sulfate mineral, Anhydrite forms in massive, fibrous, or tabular crystals, often found in evaporite deposits and hydrothermal veins. Its muted blues, grays, and lilacs whisper of desiccated seabeds and ancient subterranean brine chambers, where water fled and left only mineral architecture behind.
